India defeated Bangladesh by 28 runs to qualify for the semi-finals, while knocking out Bangladesh at Edgbaston.

Saifuddin was not out after scoring a fighting half-century, but Jasprit Bumrah ensured he took the tailenders out with two yorkers to help India qualify and knock-out Bangladesh.
