Joao Felix set to join Atletico Madrid

Benfica have confirmed that they have received a bid of 126 million Euros from Atletico Madrid for Joao Felix. This deal, if goes through, will be the record transfer fee in the history of the Rojiblancos. Felix has been lauded as one of the future greats and successor to Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portugese prodigy took the world by storm as he scored 19 goals and provided seven assists in the most recent season.

Andre Gomes joins Everton permanently

Midfielder Andre Gomes has moved permanently from Barcelona to Everton in a 25 million Euros deal. He was loaned to Goodison Park last season, and fared impressively. Gomes never felt at home at Barcelona as he failed to make an impact wearing the Blaugrana shirt, and he did a lot better wearing the Toffees shirt.

Cillessen leaves Barcelona for Valencia as Neto arrives

Barcelona’s dutch goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen has joined Barcelona for 35 million Euros, in return Valencia’s Brazilian goalkeeper Neto has joined for the Catalonian club. Cillessen joined Barcelona in 2017 and was the second fiddle to Ter Stegen. He was unhappy with his current position and stated publicly that he was looking for a move away. Neto’s joining means he will be the backup goalkeeper for Barcelona from the upcoming season.

Wan-Bissaka is set to join Manchester United

Manchester are set to sign English right back Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace in a deal of 55 million Pounds. The 21-year old has shown great expertise in both offence and defence, and has been lauded as a legend in the making. He was spotted last night at Manchester United, and he posted a childhood photo of him wearing a Manchester United jersey, which has almost confirmed that the deal is almost done. Wan-Bissaka will be United’s second signing of this summer as they have bought Daniel James from Swansea City for 15 million Euros earlier this month.

Ndombele about to sign for Spurs

Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele is close to signing for Spurs in a 65 million pounds deal. The defensive midfielder has caught people’s eye with his impressive outings, and many clubs were on the line to sign him. Spurs, after completing their new stadium, have a budget of more than 150 million Pounds, and they will look to sign as many good players as they can to give their team a better depth to fight in all competitions.
