Cricketer-turned-commentator Robin Jackman passes away
The Surrey stalwart played four Tests and 15 ODIs for England. Jackman settled down in South Africa after his retirement and became a prominent commentator for SuperSport.
Robin Jackman, former England paceman and one of the finest cricket commentators, has passed away at his residence in Cape Town. He was 75.
Jackman was born in Shimla which was located in British India. His father was shot during the Second World War and subsequently lost his leg. His family after that shifted to England.

He was diagnosed with vocal chord cancer in 2012 but he battled through it.
The cause of his death is not known yet.
