Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is set to hold an emergency meeting at 12 PM on Tuesday regarding the strike of the national cricketers and their 11 demands.

Cricketers announced their 11 demands on Monday afternoon and declared that they will not take part in any cricketing activity until their demands were met.

The 11 demands were mainly about reforming the country's fragile domestic structure, along with asking for improved facilities for the players.

BCB CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury said on Monday that BCB was yet to receive anything officially from the players.

Meanwhile, the Cricketer's Welfare Association of Bangladesh (CWAB) has called for a press conference at Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium today at 12 PM as the first demand of the cricketers was for the resignation of the current committee of CWAB.

More than 30 players announced their demands on Monday, led by national team stalwarts like Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Tamim Iqbal, and Mushfiqur Rahim.
