Intekhab Dinar to shine in new flash fiction Gerakol
Rakayet Rabby announced his latest flash fiction, 'Gerakol', with a new trailer. The film includes a star-studded cast, including Intekhab Dinar, Samira Khan Mahi, Abu Hurayra Tanvir, and Sushama Sarkar.
The film is set to premiere on 16 October on Chorki.
The trailer hints at themes of campus life, justice, love, and the pain of choosing the wrong person. Opening with the line "Truth isn't as true as it seems to the eye", the mystery-thriller follows Rimy, Anik, and Mostak — three lives entangled during a fateful vacation that tests loyalty and perception. The story is centred on the ripple effects of human actions and moral choices.

Directed by emerging filmmaker Rakayet Rabby, Gerakol explores moments from student life and what comes after. "It portrays moments from student life and what comes after. I believe the audience will find it moving.", Rabby said.
