BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Human Resources Division
Position: Associate Manager/Manager, Employee Relations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address queries of, communicate and maintain liaison with all Regulators and internal & external audit team as part of regulatory reporting.
- Manage all regulatory audits in collaboration with Internal Control & Compliance and Corporate Affairs divisions.
- Prepare regulatory response in line with bank's policy and applicable employment law.
- Manage the overall process of addressing all reported issues regarding misconduct & noncompliance from ICC/Internal Audit team.
- Conduct induction training on Code of Conduct for new joiners of all divisions.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record.
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience with a decent understanding on Employee Relations function.
- Should have knowledge on prevailing labor law, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office Package.
- Proficient in both Bangla and English communication.
- Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capability to meet deadlines.
