Head of Plant Operations & Logistics - LAUGFS Gas

THE POSITION

We are looking for a well-experienced  professional to spearhead the vertical of our LPG business arm based in Bangladesh.

• Managing filling plant operation
• Plant preventive maintenance and inspection of the fire control, sprinkler systems and equipment.
• Managing primary cylinder distribution and bulk customer delivery operations
• Managing cylinder re-qualification plant as a profit.
• Calibration of Plant and tank farm equipment and accessories
• Sphere ( tanks, pumps, compressors and pipe line) maintenance and inspection activities
• Maintain infrastructure to facilitate uninterrupted supply of water/ power and IT facilities
• Maintain ETP and STP
• Repair and maintenance of Terminal sphere
• Managing the operation in accordance with safety guide lines given by HSE department
• Implementing/ involved in improvement initiatives
• Preparation of Opex / Capex budget
• Plant related financial management.
• Repairs and maintenance of the tankers & company owned vehicles.
• Logistics - Distribution of cylinder, managing RDC's. (Regional Distribution Centres)

THE PERSON

The right candidate should have a over 8 years of work experience in operations. He/ She possess a Bachelor's degree  in Engineering or relevant equivalent professional qualification. While an MBA from a reputed university will be an added advantage and requirement is flexible for deserving candidates.
