• This is an out-bound sales job with a requirement of huge communication with potential and existing customers

Job Responsibilities

• Achieving business targets (in terms of clients and sales volume) through new acquisition, growing and retaining existing profitable customers.

• Surveying market to explore business opportunity.

• Presenting and demonstrating all types of Bank's products to potential customers.

• Maintaining effective business relationship with Bank's customers and cross-selling approach.

• Coordinating with Line Manager, preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales report.

Workplace: Work at office

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Business Graduate from reputed university

• Minimum CGPA 3.00

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Direct Sales, sales and marketing

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Candidates' age bar may be relaxed for exceptionally capable candidates

• Candidates must have experience in selling financial products of Bank i.e. Credit Cards, Auto Loan, Home Loan, Current and Saving A/C etc.

• Pleasant and presentable personality

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
