Key Qualifications:
- Post-graduation degree in any discipline, preferably in Banking & Post graduation degree in any discipline, preferably in Banking & Finance/Marketing/Economics/Business Administration from reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result
- Minimum 8-10 years overall banking experience including at least 3 year sub-managerial experience in any Bank with proven track record
- Expertise in cash, general banking, credit and foreign trade operation
- Sound knowledge of banking laws, regulations, Negotiable Instrument Act and others as well as BRPD circulars
- High success records in branch banking career
- Having wide client network and proven ability to raise funds
- Ability to lead and work independently, consult and clarify where necessary and make informed and firm decisions
- Must have leadership qualities to manage and motivate people
- Must have analytical capability and computer literacy
- Proactive and self-driven to achieve set targets and service standards and capable to overcome challenges
- Able to work under pressure and have positive mind-set
- Willingness to work at any branch in the country as per decision from the Management
- Age limit 45 years at the time of application
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the day to day banking operations and services to the customer
- To achieve Business Target in terms of Liability, Asset and Profit through quality business booking and nurturing customer relationship and thus maintaining a healthy portfolio for the branch
- Optimize profit-loss and balance sheet performance of the branch as well as other financial KPIs through acquiring low-cost liability
- Maintain a high-quality portfolio as per the banks risk appetite and achieve or exceed business targets
- Oversee branch employee development through proper learning initiatives
- Maintain compliance culture in practice and behavior of the employees through regular monitoring, coaching, and managing the teammate
- Ensure compliance of service delivery and transaction processing in line with regulatory and bank policies
- Assist Branch Manager is decision making for smooth operation and boost business performance of the branch
