The Killers to headline UCL final
Las Vegas rockstars 'The Killers' are set to headline the UEFA Champions League Final Kick Off Show in Budapest this May. Billboard UK exclusively revealed that the 'Mr Brightside' hitmakers will perform at the Puskás Aréna on 30 May, just minutes before European football's premier club match begins.
The band stated they accepted the invitation "without hesitation," following in the footsteps of previous performers such as Linkin Park (2025) and Lenny Kravitz (2024) and Dua Lipa (2018). Pepsi MAX, the show's presenter, promised an electrifying set designed to celebrate the culture and passion of the sport.
As the 2025-26 competition enters its final stages, fans are eager to see who will challenge reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain.
The performance will be broadcast globally via local networks and UEFA's official YouTube channel, ensuring a front-row seat for millions as music and football collide in the Hungarian capital.
