Official poster revealed for Redoan Rony’s Domm

The official promotional campaign for Redoan Rony's highly anticipated film, 'Domm', commenced with the release of its first poster on 1 March. Based on true events, the film is scheduled for a major theatrical release during the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr holidays.

The newly unveiled visual provides a glimpse into the film's high-stakes narrative. It features a central portrait of a man, visibly injured yet possessing a look of grit and determination. In the background, a lone figure is seen mounted on a donkey, trailed by a group of armed individuals, hinting at a story of survival and human resilience.

Positioned as more than just a survival thriller, the production team has described the film as a powerful exploration of human courage under pressure. Director Redoan Rony emphasised that the story is designed to resonate with a wide audience through its focus on the strength of the individual.

" Domm is the story of an ordinary man's rise—the power of a common man," Rony stated during the reveal. "This is a story that belongs to everyone. It is heartening to see the audience's initial response to the poster, and there are many more surprises to follow."

The film is a joint production between SVF Alpha-i and Chorki. Shahriar Shakil, Managing Director of SVF Alpha-i Entertainment Ltd, noted that this release marks the formal beginning of the film's journey to the big screen.

 "The official promotion of Domm has now begun. Our audience has been with us throughout this process, and we have much more in store for them leading up to the release," Shakil said.

Carrying the tagline "Until the Last Breath", Domm features a high-profile cast, including Afran Nisho, Puja Cherry, and Chanchal Chowdhury. The screenplay was developed by a collaborative writing team including Redoan Rony, Syed Ahmed Shawki, Al-Amin Hassan Nirjhor, Md. Saifullah Riyad, and Robiul Alam Robi.
