My ruin in your eyes
Our days and nights were separated,
Our living spaces were separated,
Our offices were separated,
Our usable utensils were separated,
All things we possessed were separated,
But our relationships never split up spiritually.
We move and feel together,
Our minds perceive mysterious signs
That transcend the barriers of time and space.
Your body smell mixes with mine,
It lasts long enough to make me feel drowsy.
I feel your touch in all my senses.
I feel your presence
When I read your comment in an old book
Or your diary that reveals the depth of your soul,
I smell your presence in the clothes you used to wear
And utter esoteric words to myself.
I close my eyes and see your wide eyes,
I still see my ruin in your eyes.
