Wecon winter property expo 2026 opens in Chattogram
The WECON Winter Property Expo 2026 was inaugurated on 29 January 2026 at WECON Sukrana Ground, adjacent to Chattogram Medical College, marking the start of a three-day property exhibition focused on residential and commercial real estate.
The inauguration was led by Sadman Syka Sefa, Chairman of WECON Properties Ltd. Others present included Mostafa Ashraful Islam Alvi, Managing Director; Zia Uddin Chowdhury, landowner; Mostafa Aminul Islam, Director; Mahadi Iftekar, Director and Chief Architect of P2P Family and WECON Properties Ltd; Major (retd) Md Aminul Haque, Group Chief Operating Officer; and Ziaul Haque Limon, Chief Business Officer, along with senior officials and guests from the P2P Family.
The expo features 30 residential and commercial projects, designed to cater to evolving urban lifestyles while offering long-term investment potential. Visitors can explore a range of housing and commercial property options, with on-site consultation available from industry professionals.

Organisers said the event aims to bring together property buyers and investors under one platform, highlighting transparency, innovation, and sustainable urban development.
The three-day expo will run until 31 January 2026 and is open daily from 10:00am to 9:00pm at WECON Sukrana, Panchlaish, 20/C K B Fazlul Kader Road, Chattogram. Cultural programmes, including live music and a Pitha Utshob, are scheduled in the evenings between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.
WECON Properties Ltd said the expo is intended to help families, professionals, and investors explore housing and investment opportunities in a single setting.
