Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the group insurance strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and identifying new insurable risks.
- Drive corporate sales, identify new opportunities, and manage key client accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the insurance team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze and mitigate potential risks, promoting loss prevention and integrating insurance into overall business operations.
- Direct the claims process, ensuring efficient, fair handling, and monitoring claims effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, Corporate Client & reinsurers.
- Ensure all insurance activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
Job Requirements:
Age : Not over 50 years
Experience: At least 10 years working experience in the related field in insurance industry with 3 years as a Head of group insurance Department in a renowned Company.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of insurance markets, regulations, and risk mitigation techniques.
Educational Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or related field.
- Skills: Strong business development, negotiation, financial analysis, risk assessment, leadership, and communication skills.
Salary and Compensation Package: Negotiable
