Kohinoor Chemical holds 38th AGM, declares dividend
Kohinoor Chemical Company (BD) Ltd held its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, 7 December 2025, via a digital platform.
The meeting was attended by Managing Director, Md Rezaul Karim; Director, Md Ebadul Karim; Independent Directors, Professor Dr Anwar Hossain and Quazi Mamun-Ul-Asraf; Company Secretary, Md Kamruzzaman; and Chief Financial Officer, Mohammad Shamim Kabir.
Shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial statements for the 2024–25 financial year, the company confirmed.

The AGM also approved a 65 per cent cash dividend and a 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended 30 June 2025.
