'Yakuza: Like a Dragon' announces its release date
"Yakuza: Like a Dragon" will be the first to be dubbed in English
Yakuza 7, or titled Yakuza: Like a Dragon is finally getting its western release.
Sega announced that the game will be releasing November 13th on Xbox One, Windows 10, PlayStation 4 and Steam. However, no release date for Xbox Series X or even PlayStation 5 has been disclosed.

But users potential users of the latter platforms are able to be assured as Sega will support Xbox smart delivery. Basically, players are able to exchange their Xbox one copy for the Series X with no additional cost. And similar measures are expected for future PS5 users as well.
Though what really sets apart this release is the fact that it'd be the first completely English dubbed game of the series. It'd feature Star Trek's iconic George Takei voicing Masumi Arakawa.
All games after Yakuza 2 have had English subtitles. But "Like a Dragon" will be the first to be dubbed in English as mentioned previously.
People are already aware of many significant details relating to the story. Especially the entry of the new protagonist Ichiban Kasuga after he is done serving time. The game's setting has also changed, its moved from Tokyo to Yokohama.
The trailer released yesterday revealed multiple aspects of the game and story. The game was released in Japan at the start of this year. Thus, many details surrounding the game are already in the public domain.
The game will introduce newer characters the likes of- Koichi Adachi, Nanba, and Saeko Mukoda. Fans of the franchise in the west now await it's cross platform, all English release on November 13th.
