Mentors Guild launches landmark U.S.-Bangladesh joint venture
Mentors Guild Inc. (GUILD), a USA-based corporation, announces the signing of a historic Joint Venture Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will launch Guild Consulting Bangladesh, an innovative management consulting firm created to serve the immense needs of Bangladesh's business, nonprofit, and government sectors.
The Joint Venture MOU Signing Ceremony took place on Wednesday, April 30th, at 3:00 PM at The Westin Dhaka, with select business and professional community members in attendance.
Guild Consulting Bangladesh represents the first-ever U.S.-Bangladesh joint venture in management consulting. It brings together the capabilities of over 8,000 subject matter experts at GUILD. The management expertise of its subsidiary Guild Consulting, based in Hawaii (USA), with three of Bangladesh's prominent business leaders: Mamun Rashid, Raihan Shamsi, and Ashraf Ahmed.
Based in Dhaka, the joint venture will combine global management best practices with local expertise to deliver high-impact solutions for businesses, nonprofits, and government institutions across Bangladesh.
