Daraz celebrating 6th anniversary campaign with huge success
The sales from the first three days of the anniversary campaign was 20 times more than that of last year
Daraz Bangladesh – a concern of Alibaba Group and country's largest e-commerce platform – is celebrating its 6th anniversary campaign.
The campaign was inaugurated through a digital press conference on August 26 and it will continue till September 7 with various attractive deals and discounts for the customers.
The sales from the first three days of the anniversary campaign were 20 times more than that of last year, said a press release from the e-commerce platform on Thursday.
The number of orders that have been placed during the campaign is five times more than that of the regular days.
Around 6,500 sellers have participated in this year's campaign which is twice the number from last year.
Syed Mostahidal Hoq, managing director of Daraz Bangladesh Limited, said, "With great pleasure we are observing the immense response from our customers. We are left with only four more days, so I request our customers to avail the best products at the best prices at their earliest."
The best-selling products from the campaign are Realme 6, Realme 6i, Samsung Galaxy M-21 phone, Midea 1.5 tonne air conditioner, Naviforce watch, Sony TV, trimmer and box-designed sofa sets.
Popular brands throughout the campaign were Realme, Apex, Vision Electronics, Dabur Sanitize, Studio X, Samsung, Xiaomi etc.
During the campaign the sales of products in the category such as fashion products, electronic accessories, home and living, health and beauty were immense.
