Job Context

DX Tel is looking for a qualified Brand Shop Manager to join our Retail Sales team. We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring.
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store petty cash and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
• Keep record & proper knowledge about all the products sold in the outlet.
• Stay updated about the present Mobile Market, competitors, and their offerings.
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Retail and direct sales, retail Sales

Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 26 to 36 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Proven successful experience as a retail manager
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
