Currently we are looking for fresh graduates in the position of Trainee Associates in different departments of our NTO.
Position: Trainee Associates - Technical / Business Graduates NTO Division, Tongi Plant
Based on educational qualification, aspiration and company requirements selected candidates will be placed to Quality / Plant Maintenance / Supply chain or any other appropriate departments initially for 6 months Traineeship to support and carryout the respective functional day to day coordination and project related activities as per assigned roles. Upon successful completion of the Trainee Period, Management will assess and decide further permanent / temporary or contractual employment opportunity of the onboarded candidates.
You must have:
- At least B. Pharm Degree . Or BSc (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical) degree
- Or BBA degree from a reputed university.
- To be a recent graduate Analytical ability, creative thinking capacity, and a self-driven mindset.
- Applicable technical and digital skillset.
- Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
