Position: Talent & Organization Culture Expert (Lead Specialist)

Role Overview:
Drive focused initiatives as a center of expertise to ensure a culture of high-performance, employee development and high-quality talent sourcing. This role also focuses on employee retention and succession planning, and collaborative project work. Manage "Organization Culture" and "Employer Brand" of Grameenphone to make Grameenphone future-fit and achieve strategic ambitions; and drive important Organization Culture driven projects/initiatives to build and enhance HR capability for changing business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring effective practice of performance management and talent development principles
- Establish a robust succession planning and retention plan for critical resources to ensure business continuity
- Sound talent sourcing practices to ensure high-quality Talent Acquisition into GP's existing talent pool, support development framework, and facilitate growth
- Support in designing and executing GP's Next Business Leader program
- Design, plan and oversee the Internship Program
- Act as the SPOC for Talent Management and Organization Culture elements between Business Unit, Telenor Group and Asia Hub. Contribute actively in the Global Talent Community.
- Manage Organization Culture of Grameenphone, in alignment with Telenor Way and Strategic Directions, to make Grameenphone future-fit and help achieve strategic ambitions
- Manage Culture Survey for Grameenphone in close collaboration with Telenor Group to assess culture profile of Grameenphone and recommend corrective measures to Management
- Drive improvement of Employee Effectiveness of Grameenphone to help achieve strategic ambitions through employee engagement strategy, initiatives and company level action plan drive
- Promote and uphold Grameenphone's position as a leading employer of choice in the digital/telco industry. Uplift Internal Employer Branding in alignment with employee development and culture
- Building effective rapport with relevant internal & external stakeholders which positively influences Employer Branding & Talent Supply
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Any graduate, preferably business background
- Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Exposure: To facilitation, project management, platforms and systems will be an added advantage
