Job Responsibilities

• The Senior Officer-M&E is responsible for overall participation data and information management for GFA program. S/he coordinates & closely works with SCI MEAL team, ensures regular data input from Outlet level staff, and performs thorough analysis of all transactional data. S/he maintains the current database, regularly checks for information gap, and enriches the data quality. S/he ensures MIS & Help Desk teams are adequately supported to work daily basis on the database and able to provide information in the quickest possible time to mitigate any gap. In addition, the incumbent ensures functionality of CFM at Help Desk in a timely manner and oversees functionality of Commodity Quality Control Mechanism through close collaboration with M&E Assistants and OSs. Furthermore, s/he manages GFA Volunteers information as well as coordinates with the donor, and reports daily transactions and rapid response activity updates, complaints, and deliverables on time, with quality and consistence. S/he keeps track of all learnings gathered from GFA operations and disseminates among the relevant stakeholders. Last but not the least, the post holder conducts that market price analysis/ assessment in due time.

Employment Status: Contractual

Educational Requirements: Master's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Statistics, Anthropology, Social Science or any relevant domain.

Experience Requirements: At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• At least 04 years of relevant work experience in humanitarian programs and emergency response contexts. Preference will be given to prior experience holder in General Food Assistance program

• Knowledge of humanitarian compliances and humanitarian response operation modalities

• Solid understanding and ability of operational data management, proper documentation analysis, and presentation of complex information in a succinct and compelling manner

• Good facilitation and interpersonal skills, teamwork and networking skills

• Proficient in computer operation with expertise in database management & analysis software

• Ability to work in a cross-cultural context with people of various background

• Enthusiasm, motivation, self-confidence, and a proactive approach in problem solving
