Job Context
The responsible person should have to experienced in brand event activity (Including launching event, road show, regular offline fans activity and so on) for a company's target market.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan brand event/activity (Including launching event, road show, regular offline fans activity and so on) from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's/activities success
- Prepare budgets, manage promotional/ logistic items, ensure adherence, obtaining permits
- Source, negotiate and deal with agencies, vendors and suppliers
- Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
- Lead promotional activities for any event and for maintain product related event/activities
- Coordinate with all operations and all type channel of communications
- Manage team people working on event/activities (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event/activity
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' event/activities
- Assisting for new event/ activities opportunities
- Ensure events/activities are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event's/ activities success and prepare reports
- Developing event/ activity feedback surveys.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Event Management
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 32 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Strong communication skills and need to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts
- Have to be fluent in English & Bangla (both verbally and in writing)
- Have hands on attitude of analytical and ambitious; with honesty, energetic, smart and bold
- Have a detail understanding of event/ activities
- Must be hard working and able to work under pressure anywhere in Bangladesh
