Senior Executive/Assistant Manager is entrusted upon to confirm all business transactions pertinent to the Company that have been accounted for in a timely manner in accordance with the applicable Accounting & Financial reporting Standards, GAAP, the Companies Act and other relevant rules and regulations. S/He is also responsible for keeping books related to VAT & TAX and filing statutory returns to the HMRC within the teething of time. Analysis of all Company transactions and Timely posting of all Journals to appropriate ledger head are of particular purpose for this position ensuring the period to which transactions relate is one of the Key responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
-
VAT and Taxation Compliances, Strategic Planning and recommending for savings within full compliances of laws and regulations. Daily & MTD Sales report documentation for preparation of monthly Returns.

Maintain Positive Pay instruction and/or Stop Payments in applicable cases.

Maintain Bank related works applicable for VAT & Tax purposes

Maintaining file and documents related VAT & Taxes in accounts department.

Operate accounting software (Tally) and Back-office software i.e. ERP independently.

Prepare all kinds of Vouchers, Posting in Tally Software in appropriate accounting period.

Entry of all kinds of accounting adjustment transactions with regard to VAT & Tax return, adjustments, refunds etc.

Checking vendor bills/party payments in purview of VAT and Tax perspectives at the stage of Work Order/.

Summaries all transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher, Journal voucher, Contra voucher.

Prepare Monthly sales reconciliation.

Prepare Bank/deposit Reconciliation of all Bank accounts to solve query from concerned authorities.

Base work for Financial & Management Reporting
-
Salary Tax Returns u/s 108, 108A etc
-
Documentation and preserve financial records with the help of monthly management accounts.

Liaison with concerned authorities.

Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly & Annual Tax & VAT Returns and documentations
-
DTAA and Transfer Pricing compliances & Reporting
-
Cash Deposit, withdrawals and other banking correspondences, where applicable.

Petty Cash maintain under impress system and ledger posting.

Able to prepare input-output coefficient through VAT 4.3
-
Taking VAT Registration, TIN and amendment thereof

Prepare VAT registers, Mushak: 6.1, 6.3, 6.1, 6.5, 6.6, VAT & Tax Challan & VAT return report

Calculation TDS & VDS for Supply bill Payment

Prepare Withholding TAX Return u/s 75A
-
Prepare Salary TAX Assessment for Employee

Precise application of TDS & VDS as per prevailing laws and regulations
-
Customs Duty & Taxes & SD Calculations and Landed Cost Sheet Preparation

Maintaining Letter register/ dispatch.

All types of License renewal and registration in time
-
Any other assignment as and when required.
Educational Requirements
-
Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
-
CA Course Complete or Trainee Accountant from a renowned Chartered Accountancy Firm

ITP will be added competency

Previous Exposure to Harness with Accounting of book-keeping software.
