Sales Manager - TechForing Limited

TechForing Limited is looking for sales executives who has native alike English fluency, knows how to negotiate and pursue clients from abroad.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help provide key insight, as a key member of the sales & marketing team, to aid our passion for continuous improvement.
• Be responsible for key KPI's, metrics and reports to show trends in revenue performance and forecasted performance for Sales Operations.
• Own the end-to-end process of tracking the Sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for Sales management.
• Support the Sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
• Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
• Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting, with insight and context.
• Help the Sales team in managing their client relationships and responsibilities where required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Clear thinker with a strong analytical and problem solving approach.
• Results orientation & Self-motivated, you won't be satisfied until the job is done with the right quality!
• Good communication skills - able to articulate key messages very clearly.
• Great organization skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• A strong track record in Sales operations, proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards.
• Ability to understand high-level Sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
• Excellent IT skills with a strong understanding of CRM applications, MS Office, SharePoint, and BI/Analytics Programmed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Graduate & 3 (Three) years of experience working in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English.
