Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Reporting to: Head of Sales
The purpose of the job is to lead a sales region/zone based in Chittagong. To develop and implement Sales plan to achieve the planned sales number at the targeted profitability level.
Principal Accountabilities & Key Activities
Achieve company's sales plan
- Understand the market dynamics & customer profile.
- Build proper demand forecast.
- Retain the existing business in maintenance customers.
- Drive share gain in winning customers.
- Acquire new businesses.
Deliver profitability & Operating Cash Flow (OCF) plan
- Improve Gross margin through mix improvement with technical selling.
- Deliver price increase plan by value delivery to the customers.
- Ensure the collection of the debtors with the approved pay term.
People development & Team work
- Build team's capability through training, coaching & mentoring.
- Motivate & inspire the team & get the best out of them.
- Supervise the other support teams of Customer services, Sales Administration & Filed Color Expert team to maximize business results & customer satisfaction.
Contribution to other priorities of the company
- Live with Health & Safety culture.

Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Business graduate from a reputed organization.
- 10-12 years of progressive sales and marketing experience.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Good Negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic and inspirational team leader.
- Results oriented with a determination to deliver upon commitments.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Change management capability
