Job Context

  • Padma Bank Limited, a leading fourth generation private commercial bank having 58 branches throughout the country wishes to recruit some competent, dynamic and suitable candidates for recovery in the position of Recovery Executive:

  • HEADCOUNT REQUIREMENT:

  • ZONE-1: Gulshan Corporate, Gulshan South, Mirpur, Polashbari, Aganager, Shyampur (5)

  • ZONE-2: Motijheel, Mawna, Imamgonj, Bhulta, Bashundhara (8)

  • ZONE-3: Mymensingh, Sherpur, Jamalpur, Haluaghat, Bakshigonj, Tarakanda, Netrokona, Nalitabari. Sreebordi (15)

  • ZONE-4: Khatungonj, Lohagora, Chandpur, Hajigonj (2)

  • GRAND TOTAL: 30

Job Responsibilities

  • Prime duty is to cash recovery from classified loan accounts

  • Taking proper recovery steps to classified loan account by way of personally visit to each & every defaulted Borrower/Guarantor/Mortgagor's business addresses, office, residences, factories, mortgaged properties, near & dears and hold effective meeting for cash recovery & regularization of the assigned loan accounts

  • Look prospective buyer aggressively to sale mortgaged property

  • Give best recovery efforts for collecting required down payment [DP] as per BRPD circular for amicable settlement by way of Rescheduling/Restructuring/Settlements in time

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/half yearly Cash Recovery targets to be given by management from time to time

  • Update daily recovery activities & report in Recovery Dashboard as well as maintain shadow file

  • Keep liaison with local administration, Branch Officials, Law Division and other related Division for smooth & quick recovery

Employment Status: Contractual

Educational Requirements: Graduation or a Masters in any discipline from recognized public/private university. No 3rd class is allowed

  • Involvement in extra curriculum activities & in social activities

  • Young, Energetic, Courageous & having intention to work in a team
