Position: Assistant Quality Control Manager/Quality Control Manager

Job Responsibilities

Ensure Quality control & Quality assurance of product in each steps of product life.
Monitor and ensure daily production plan, syrup preparation, Carbon-di-oxide (CO2), WTP and ETP operations.
Monitor and supervise food safety, food defense program in the plant.
Manage and supervise quality team to ensure overall compliance and day to day quality issue.
Supervise and ensure lab testing calendar, sample collection and dispatching as per PepsiCo guideline.
Monitoring Certificate of Analysis (COA) Certificate of Compliance (COC) and overall quality for RM/PM items.
Guide cross functional team about product quality & compliance issues.
Conduct internal audit and assist to conduct external audit in the plant.
Coach and guide for improving Quality Control Team Capability.

Experience Requirements

At least 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 4 years experience in managerial position
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Pharmaceuticals

Additional Requirements

Age 32 to 38 years
Strong leadership and analytical skills to lead the quality control team while collaboratively developing new project plans.
Experience successfully leading in a complex, matrix environment.
