BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual in Officer position for Account Services, Cards Operations & Asset & ROC Operations in its department under the Operations Division:
Position: Officer, Operations Division
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cards Operations:
- Maintain and update Customer Dispute Complain tracker;
- Ensure and monitor the processing of Visa, MasterCard, JCB and NPSB issuing and acquiring dispute transactions;
- Execute financial entry in core banking and other relevant systems;
- Enhance up to date knowledge on dispute resolution process of Visa, MasterCard, JCB and NPSB guideline;
- Perform reconciliation of suspense General Ledger (GL) accounts;
- Prepare and submit dispute MIS and Reports to VISA, MasterCard for different operations and project;
- Meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and Assist the unit manager regarding audit compliance.
Account Services:
- Ensure timely completion of daily BAU of account services;
- Conduct documentation due diligence/compliance review, escalate where necessary;
- Engage in different projects and perform various UAT within function and cross-function;
- Involvement in departmental automation projects;
- Input and verify customer's data in the system;
- Communicate with internal business customers and other support units as required.
Asset & ROC Operations:
- SME and Retail loan file receive from CRM with proper acknowledgment and update/regularize documents;
- CIF (customer information) Creation, Modification, Verification and Tag with loan account;
- Create and verify loan and liability accounts;
- Making, posting and printing Pay-Orders;
- Stamp affixing and archiving file;
- Monitor and ensure all SME and Retail loan files docs and instrument;
- Deferral entry Monitoring and Regularization and periodically update all documentation deferrals and irregularities.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputed universities with a satisfactory academic track record;
- Relevant work experience will add value;
- Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint & conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Experience in project works will add value.
