Job Responsibilities
- Sales & business planning to achieve given target.
- Prepare sales strategy & motivate team members.
- Managing & Supervising sales team and their activities.
- Guide & Monitor Sales Coordinators to ensure adequate sales response from their team.
- Preparation of sales report & KPI for individual target assessment & commission calculation.
Educational Requirements: Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements: At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Minimum 2 year experience in Card Sales as Manager/In charge.
- Experienced Candidates will be given priority.
