Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Plant HR strategies & policies aligned with corporate HR and overall Business objectives

• Ensure Environment Health Safety and IR related issue

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary action and other administrative issues as per Bangladesh Labor Law

• Liaison with local and other regulatory bodies for compliance activities

• Prepare yearly manpower budget after proper job analysis and coordinate with other department

• Ensure manpower support in different department through on time recruitment

• Asses training needs, design training calendar and arrange training accordingly

• Drive the reward & recognition and performance management system for plant employees

• Nurture a positive working environment

Educational Requirements: Masters or BBA/MBA preferably in Human Resource Management (HRM) from reputed university.

Experience Requirements: 8 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 45 years

• Minimum 8-10 years' of experience in the relevant industry with hands on experience in Plant HR

• Must have good advance excel knowledge, analytical ability, negotiation skills and decision making skill.
