Job Responsibilities

Manage customer service for aarong.com customers and drive customer satisfaction

Coordinate customer queries from all channels including call centre, social media, e-mail and ensure resolution of issues

Manage all third-party customer service contracts and ensure they are regularly meeting standards

Develop customer satisfaction goals and deploy plans to implement targets

Plan for increase in resources to handle peak sales periods including designing onboarding and training modules
-
Create and maintain standardized communication on all channels
-
Develop and update the FAQ list regularly and ensure all third parties are informed regarding updates
-
Handle complex customer issues directly and coordinate resolution

Ensure customer service tickets are resolved in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer service activities and discussions

Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on findings
Educational Requirements: A Bachelor Degree (preferably a BBA) from any reputed university
Additional Requirements: 5 years of work experience in customer service
