Position: HR Coordinator - Ukhiya Field Office, Cox's Bazar
Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate must possess a Master's with a professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or an institute.
- She/he should possess at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources management. Additional experience in a managerial role and independently handling project operation and training is preferable.
- She/he should carry a strong sense of genuine passion towards people management and capacity building.
- She/he should be an inspiring personality, an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Willing to be based/stay in Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar with frequent movement/visits to the field.
- Good communication, written and spoken English capabilities with basic IT knowledge is essential.
- Experience in serving with emergency situation like Rohingya context will be given preference.
