In Bangladesh, Acted initiated its activities in 2018 to respond to the Rohingya Refugee Crisis in the following sectors: Site Management Support, NFI/LPG Distribution, Natural Resource Management, Information Management, Emergency Preparedness and Response, and Livelihood in the Kutupalong-Balukhali Expansion Site, Cox's Bazar.

Selection Criteria
- For master's with at least 4-5 years of experience in the related field.
- For Bachelors with at least 6-7 years of experience in related field.
- Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, NGO Affairs Bureau regulations, immigration procedures, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing multi-location teams and supporting humanitarian or development programmes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government, or government institutions/organizations in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Bangla.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams and multi-cultural environments.
- Habituated to extensive field visits.
- Female candidates will be given priority.
