Job Responsibilities:
- Ideates, conceptualize and design new products in concert with customer needs having sound business models.
- Selects correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones.
- Determines the process for creating a new product.
- Performs research in order to determine the best way to design any particular product.
- Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis in relation to products launched.
- Plans and formulates aspects of research and development for the objective or purpose of product prototyping or creating MVPs.
- Justifies product development budgets through research, costs of project, ROI, and requirements before developing the product.
- Creates marketing campaigns in collaboration with Communication team to build awareness and reach target audience on new product availability.
- Ensures researches, patents, copyrights and trademarks in order to make sure there are no infringement issues involved when designing a new product.
- Ensures that every phase of a particular product development proceeds as scheduled and follows a given roadmap.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: BBA / MBA major in Marketing / Communication
Experience Requirement: Ten (10) years' experience in relevant field; preferred in IT enable service organization
Skills / Knowledge:
- Strong passion for designing and understanding product development
- Proven project and product management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers
- Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners
- Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline
- Must be innovative, hardworking and compliant with business ethics
- Good knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email
