Position: Head of Liability Marketing & Cash Management (EVP/SEVP/ADMD)

Job Responsibility: This position will remain responsible for supervising liability marketing and cash management operations of the Bank. The primary work for this position will include enhancing deposit base of the Bank to support Bank's lending growth and improve deposit mix through various initiatives and strategies for corporate, retail and SME deposits. This position will also liaise with the Asset Liability Management Committee to ensure right strategies for deposit mobilization. Shall also be responsible to conceptualize, develop and implement plans for new liability products with the ultimate goal to contribute to the profitability of the Bank and so on.
Educational Requirements: Masters preferred from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements: 12(twelve) years of Banking experience including 5 (five) years in similar role
Additional Requirement: Should have good Leadership, Networking and Team building skills.
Salary: Negotiable
Age: Not more than 50 years as on 31st January, 2021
