Key Qualifications:
- Post-graduation degree in Human Resource Management or MBA from a reputed university
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management including at least 5 years as Head of HR in reputed Private Commercial Bank or MNC
- High proven success records in human resource management
- Ability to lead and work independently, consult and clarify where necessary and make informed and firm decisions
- Age should not be more than 50 years as at the time of application
- Able to work under pressure and have positive mind-set
- Having excellent people skills and sound analytical capability

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead overall functions of Human Resources Division and develop efficient human resource base to ensure the smooth operation of the bank
- Work closely with senior management and branch managers to identify their needs for HR solutions and work to formulate HR strategies that address their needs
- Assessment of manpower requirement & planning for existing & upcoming branches
- Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training
- Supervising and Monitoring HR Software
- Manpower recruitment and selection of the manpower
- Monitor and assess overall performance of all employees of the bank
- Implement necessary policy and procedures for promotion, transfer, termination and suspension of employees as per decisions of the senior management
- Oversee all people management matters within the function including development of teams and individuals so as to enhance skill, performance and potential
