Position: Head of Front Desk - Labaid Group
Job Description / Responsibility:
- To ensure hassle-free customer service associated with the flow of service of indoor & outdoor patients;
- Supervisory role play in almost every customer service point of the hospitals when and where it is required in the inpatient/outpatient area;
- Deals patients complaints and provide solutions according to proper guideline of the organization escalate superiors issue to as necessary;
- Act as point of liaison with other hospital departments into carry out patients' service excellence;
- Ensure presence at relevant point of customer services at proper time and schedule;
- Any other responsibilities given by the Management;
Education, Experience and Skills Required :
- Master's degree in any discipline from a reputed University/Institute;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in reputed hospital or customer service industry/5-Star hotel;
- Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
- Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems
Age should be below 45 years
