Designation: Graphics and Animation Associate

Reportable to: Head of Creatives and Communication

Required Qualification:

• Creative Arts Graduate or, any discipline with 3 years diploma in Multimedia/Graphic Design/Animation;
• Experience in Infographics, Publication design, 2D/3D design and Animation, Photo and Video Editing;
• Exceptional creativity and innovation, especially with design and photo-editing software such as Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign/QuarkXPress, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, Audition)
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
• The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines;
• Out of box thinking & creativity for design with proven experience;

Job Description

• Publication design, Infographics, digital campaign materials design, photography, videography, audio editing;
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
• Develop animation videos as required
• Responsible for creating design solutions that has a high visual impact;
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing estimate to the finance department;
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message;
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to leadership;
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
• Contributing ideas and design art work to the overall brief;
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;

Salary range: BDT 45,000 to 60,000

Contract period: Initially one year.

Probation period: Three months
