Position: Finance Manager - Emergency Response (Based at Divisional Office- Cox's Bazar)

The role
Finance Manager- Emergency Response is responsible for overall treasury management, budget, financial reporting covering grants programmes and projects. S/he ensures timely payment and maintains all compliance, proper cash and bank management, all treasury related reporting, TAX and VAT reporting on time, month and year closing. S/he monitors and analyses financial expenditure of programmes/projects of division office and assists the Head of Finance for financial planning and decision making. Moreover, s/he closely works with budget and reporting team, treasury and audit support team, Partnership Management team of Dhaka office and programme team and takes responsibilities for preparing/reviewing budget, tracking expenditure. S/he also guarantees Plan and donor compliances and financial reporting for divisional office. S/he supervises 6-7 finance staff to ensure smooth treasury management, budget, reporting and Partner support for the country to achieve finance strategies and financial action; and supports finance team during donor and statutory audits.
What we're looking for
We are looking for a competent team member with positive team spirit who exhibits knowledge and understanding of customer satisfaction of services and has the ability to review processes towards improvement. A Master's degree in accounting/finance/management with minimum 5 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years of management & staff supervision experience in INGO is highly expected. The person needs to have the willingness to work for and on behalf of the organization at the time of disaster within Plan working area or outside.

Salary Package: BDT. 1,70,000 to 1,90,000 (monthly, Cost to the company, based on experience) along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, Festival Bonus, leave, group insurance.
