Position: Executive/Senior Executive – Distribution Network

Job Context

The position is responsible for monitoring overall distribution channel operation, business, compliance, MIS management etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure Branch operation and compliance related issues are maintained as per existing internal & external policies & guidelines.
• Monitor asset & liability portfolio growth compared to budget including loan instalment collections and portfolio quality, especially Non-Performing Asset (NPA).
• Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
• Visit to Branches/distribution points.
• Ensure extraordinary customer service experience in coordination with branches, customer service department and internal/external stakeholders.
• Arrange regular and need-basis team meetings on different issues.
• Maintain MIS, analyze data and prepare required reports providing the insights. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
• Coordinate among internal stakeholders / service departments and distribution channel through maintaining smooth & strong relationship with both ends to ensure cooperation between them which will facilitate business generation.
• Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Workplace: Work at office

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution management, Distribution Network
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing

Salary: Negotiable
