Executive/ Sr. Executive (Inventory) - NDE Ready Mix Concrete

NDE Ready Mix Concrete Limited is looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Corporate Office/Site Office in the following position:

Executive/ Sr. Executive - Inventory

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to: -

• Arrange daily stock report; coordinate with marketing and factory regarding future order and materials requirement.
• Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
• Coordinate monthly, half yearly and yearly physical inventory count and audit.
• Ensuring the proper record keeping relating to projects store.
• Improve storage system and storing & making inventory coincide as per order, ensure proper receive, issue recording system and proper handling to avoid pilferage/damage.
• Inventory movement report prepare daily & monthly basis in excel to take quick decision.
• Keeping the data base up to date, periodical report & monthly stock statement as physical & register for submit to concerned authority.
• Check materials receive Report base on Purchase Order & process documents as required for payment to vendor
• Making arrangement for removal of excess or unused material from project.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduation/Master's Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a relevant field.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Aggregates, Readymix Concrete & Building Materials.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 26 years.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Site Visit frequently.
  Understanding of the proper use of Work Orders, priorities and schedules.
• Candidate must be smart and good communication skill.
• Good Command in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point and Inventory Management Software.
