Job Responsibilities
- All kinds of HR support related to sales
- Recruitment & Selection; Onboarding; Performance Appraisal; Promotion; Employee Separation
- SAP-HCM module related work; Employee database and personal files management
- HR related surveys; Logistics support and communications
Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/BBA (Major in Human Resources Management)
- 1-2 years of experiences in the similar field will be considered as added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Labor Law
