UCEP Bangladesh helps Youths to Learn Skills to Earn, UCEP Bangladesh is seeking to appoint its Executive Director to provide Leadership to Programme Teams across the country. It is expected that the potential ED shall establish collaborative relationships with the appropriate Government Ministries, Development Partners, Industries, Corporations, and the like, for improved technical education and training outcomes for our youths for gainful employment and self-employment in-country and abroad.

Job Location: UCEP Head Office, Mirpur 2, Dhaka.

The position requires:  

1. Minimum Master's degree with excellent academic background from good standing university.
2. Excellent marketing and communication skills to liaise with Industries and Government agencies dealing with training of youths and employment, both in country and abroad.
3. Minimum 25 years of outstanding experience in Government, Corporations and in any development sectors. At least 5 years of experience of holding senior leadership positions as Head of dynamic organization, Chief Executive, Executive Director, Director, or equivalent role in a large and complex organization.
4. Amiable personality and willing to work under pressure cross section of employees across the organization.
