Job Context

• We are looking for Digital Channel Expert (Role Title: Business Development Manager)
• Generating revenue through ADC partners to achieve sales target
• Source & onboard Alternate Distribution Channel (ADC) leads
• Maintain relationship with existing ADC partners
• Develop plans and manage the execution of ADC project launch

Job Responsibilities

• Arranging & managing meeting with existing & potential ADC partners (i.e. MFIs, Banks, Insurance Aggregators, Digital Healthcare Companies etc.)
• Expanding ADC projects all over the country through communication, negotiation, maintaining excellent relationship with existing & potential partners
• Offering insurance products as per the requirement of the clients
• Preparing & communicating proposal & SLA for Insurance products with the clients
• Signing the contracts with the clients
• Providing supports to the clients for operational & technical integration
• Ensuring business revenue through onboarding and launching ADC project in accordance with the plans
• Responding queries of the client professionally
• Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to increase market
• Closely work with Cross Functional Team (Actuary, IT, Admin, Finance, Underwriting) to Ensure smooth business
• Performing any other official tasks assigned by the management

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Sales

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 32 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Bengali, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethics
• Team Player & Good time-management skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office
