Position: Deputy Director - Safety and Security

Job Responsibilities:

To look after overall security aspects of country-wide company establishments and respond to emergency situations as required
To analyze the present security structure & suggest management the ways & means for developing of an effective & efficient security management system
To control and guide Security Supervisors & Security Guards
To maintain close liaison and avail support of different Law Enforcing agencies as and when necessary.
To conduct regular fire safety inspections of all the facilities and ensure that they meet all necessary codes and regulations.
To respond to fire emergencies and arson crimes, investigate and report the causes to authority and take appropriate responsive actions.
To train the guards and follow-up
To monitor electronic surveillance / cameras
To perform any other tasks as & when assigned by the management from time to time.

Employment Status: Full-time

Age: Maximum 50 Year(s)

Educational Requirements:

Job Location: Dhaka / Jashore / Rangpur. Frequent field visit may be undertaken.

Salary: Negotiable
