Now we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in Bangladesh.

What you will do:

• Outgoing calls to clients
• Response to clients' requests via online chat and email
• Analyze client requests.
• Regulate conflict situations.

• Professional level of Bengali and English languages
• Good verbal communication
• Ability to efficiently work in a team.

• Stable monthly salary of 23 000 BDT

• The work schedule for this position is 12 hours shift (both daily and overnight) with 2 days on and 2 days off.
