Our Team:
The Policy, Influencing, Campaign and Communications (PICC) team oversees Oxfam in Bangladesh's external relations and strategic outreach, working in close collaboration with Oxfam's Humanitarian Team and Climate Justice, Gender Justice, and Environmental Justice Programs
The Role:
The Creative Content Developer will work with the PICC team to support the implementation of Oxfam in Bangladesh's internal and external communications, advocacy, and fundraising initiatives—including but not limited to social media management, website/other digital channel management, and supporting the development of materials, toolkits, reports, presentations, graphics, etc. They will ensure compliance with Oxfam's ethical standards and organizational branding and visibility policies.
An ideal candidate should have an understanding of and/or interest in non-profit communications. S/he would exhibit strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and interest in working with diverse colleagues on a variety of aspects including humanitarian communications and campaigns.

ESSENTIAL
- Deep commitment to Oxfam's mission, values and ethical representation standards.
- Conceptual and practical understanding of communications tools and campaign tactics.
- Candidate should have a strong understanding of and experience with the social media landscape.
- Strong inter-personal skills and commitment to teamwork.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively and calmly in a high-pressure environment and to prioritize and manage assignments in a timely fashion.
- Commitment to Oxfam's safeguarding policies to ensure all people who come into contact with Oxfam are as safe as possible.
- Experience with Adobe platforms including PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign or any other related software.
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Is willing and able to travel extensively within the country.
DESIRABLE
- Experience working with humanitarian or development organizations and understanding of the constraints, sensitivities, and risks associated with such work.
QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must be graduate of a college or university with technical knowledge of multimedia technology, graphic design, animation, fine art or related field with 2 -3 years' work experience in digital communications/digital marketing/design /editing with a national or international NGO, advertising agency, or other relevant employer.
