Position: Contract Commerce Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Take ownership of contract and PO review, registration, amendment, and approval, ensuring alignment with company policies, commercial principles, and risk control requirements.
- Review and assess company and project contracts from legal, commercial, and operational perspectives, providing clear professional opinions and recommendations rather than purely procedural support.
- Lead and coordinate PO and contract commercial reviews, including pricing assumptions, payment terms, liabilities, and risk exposure.
- Identify contractual and commercial risks proactively, work closely with Contract & Commercial Manager to initiate online decision-making and support management-level decisions.
- Support and participate in contract and commercial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders when required.
- Drive SLA-based contract review timelines, ensuring quality and timeliness without compromising professional standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (sales, finance, legal, delivery, HQ) to obtain approvals and close decision loops efficiently.
- Manage contract governance and archiving standards, liaising with Headquarters and Singapore Contract teams to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Track management decisions and action items, provide weekly status updates, and ensure effective execution and closure.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification; background in contract management, legal, finance, or commercial management is highly preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 5 years of experience in contract management, legal, finance, or commercial management (subject to role level)
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in contract/PO review, commercial assessment, and risk identification; ability to produce professional, value-adding outputs, not just administrative processing.
- Strong negotiation awareness and commercial mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, capable of engaging professionally with business teams and management.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and contract management systems.
- Self-driven, result-oriented professional with strong ownership, capable of working independently while influencing cross-functional teams.
- A collaborative team player who contributes to building a high-standard, execution-focused commercial environment.
