Job Responsibilities
- Assist in commercial strategy preparation exercise for Commercial Division and prepare departmental commercial strategy for the short term and long term by coordinate with relevant commercial teams on strategy and incorporate them in the consolidated deck after proper verification
- Assist to prepare Board and Management presentation to portray impacts of commercial initiatives, GTM, future plan to achieve KPIs, Strategy aligning all stakeholders on time in full and share with Finance
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other commercial teams to capture latest scenario/plan and achievement/improvement and provide updates and insight for the BoD/Management in the presentation.
- Formulate detailed business performance for all relevant commercial KPIs on periodic basis in line with budget and company strategy
- Prepare business cases and dynamic models on various strategic initiatives to facilitate business decision making
- Prepare analysis based on requirements from management/teams, develop analysis methodology and present outcomes supported by insights.
Educational Requirements
- BBA (Major in Finance/Marketing) or BSc/BSS from any UGC approved University
- MBA/MSS/MSc will be an advantage
Additional Requirements
- 3-5 years of telecom experience in a relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Telecom industry and impact of macro-economic changes
- Strategic thinking & business acumen
- Excellent Communication skill
- Knowledge of Business strategy and project/ campaign management
- Good analytical and presentation skills
